He leads governance, steers long-term strategy, and ensures Ireme upholds the accountability standards expected by clients across public, private, and development sectors.

Therese leads day-to-day operations at Ireme and oversees the delivery of all consulting engagements. She brings interdisciplinary experience spanning public health, program management, and organizational leadership, along with an extensive history of working within Rwanda's healthcare system.

Mr. Rutayisire brings a practitioner's perspective shaped by years of working within Rwanda's health landscape. He provides strategic insights on community development and health systems strengthening, advising on project design and quality assurance for Ireme's public health engagements ÔÇö helping translate evidence into recommendations that make a real difference on the ground.

Mr. Nshimiyimana is Ireme's authority on research design and methodological rigour. He provides strategic guidance on applying analytical frameworks to complex sector challenges, ensuring all consulting deliverables meet the highest standards of evidence ÔÇö and champions the integration of quantitative and qualitative approaches across the firm's practice areas.
