Ms. Therese Bagwaneza

As Managing Director and Board Secretary, Therese leads Ireme's day-to-day operations and oversees the delivery of all consulting engagements. She brings a cross-disciplinary background spanning public health, programme management, and organisational leadership.

Under her direction, Ireme has established a reputation for rigour, responsiveness, and real-world impact — working with clients across the private sector, government, and international development community in Rwanda.
